Sunrise Film Festival was founded in 2021 and is a British Independent Film Awards qualifying competition, the festival champions the next generation of diverse filmmaking and celebrates underrepresented storytelling, from home grown talent and first-time directors, to the more familiar faces from the world of film and television.
