Finding Hope

Loosely based on the Greek myth of Pandora's box. Finding Hope is a three minute micro short that centres on two teenagers' (Hope and Pandora) forbidden romance. This dance drama, opens with Pandora's lost in her own world with Hope unable to reach her. Once she realises she's missed Hope's call Pandora takes matters into her own hand by escaping her house bringing her childhood music box with her. Even with all the trauma of her past Pandora opens the music box once more and together her and Hope let go. They dance together, have fun and just be silly, like they would have when they were kids, before the world made life so much darker. At this bus stop, in this moment, they are together, they are free and it is enough. Sometimes in life it's the little moments that matter most.
