Do you have a physical Box Office & when is it open?

We will have a physical Box Office open during our festival and this will be available Thursday to Sunday 9:30am-4:30pm.

Do I need tickets?

Sunrise Film Festival is a low-cost ticketed event, however you can enjoy the fest for less and attend unlimited screenings (excluding our Outdoor Cinema’s), our festival is pass is just £5.

How does your Festival Pass work?

You will be sent a ‘membership’ confirmation email from our box office partner Ticket Tailor, this will include a unique qr/barcode and pass reference number.

Your pass is valid for one free ticket entry per person, your pass QR code can be scanned on the door when you arrive.

Please note your pass does not guarantee automatic entry and free booking with your pass is recommended by entering your ‘pass/membership’ unique reference number which will give you free entry to screenings.

How do I get to Lowestoft?

The easiest way to get to Lowestoft is by rail, either by the Wherry Line via or Norwich or the East Suffolk Line via Ipswich. For helpful information on how to get to Lowestoft click here.

Are your venues accessible?

All of our venues are step free, the Marina Theatre has accessible seating and we also have a safe space quiet zone within the Theatre. Our intimate venue Sams is also an accessible venue, ear defenders and sensory toys will also be available.
