Our 2025 Sunrise Film Festival Awards are proudly presented by Mode Insurance.
Join us on Saturday, 24th May, for our annual BIFA-qualifying Sunrise Film Festival Awards Ceremony, our red-carpet event to celebrate our nominees selected from hundreds of short films entered every year.
We're passionate about creating a platform for filmmakers who are yet to be discovered (or picked up by the bigger film festival circuit) whilst also championing underrepresented filmmakers and diverse stories.
Doors open from 7:00 pm, and Award Ceremony proceedings will start at 7:30pm and last until approximately 9:00 pm.
A bar will be available at the Marina Theatre, providing a selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.

Please note that latecomers may be admitted up to 15 minutes after the screening has started, but may be asked to take a seat at the back of the auditorium.
You must pre-book a ticket for this event.
Additional Information: Please note parking is not available on-site. The nearest car parks are at Clapham Road South or Whapload Road. Lowestoft Train Station is a 5-10 minute walk away.
